**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain Kitchen environment in a clean, neat and hygienic manner, at all time
- Use our office (not commercial) coffee machine to prepare coffees/ tea and/ or other refreshments for the Company's clients, as required
- No latte art required
- Undertake all duties safely and aim for no breakage, at all times
- Communicate effectively with, but not limited to, clients and staff
- Ensure all used crockery is picked up from meeting rooms, office and co-working areas.
- Ensure OHS procedures and practices are followed, at all times
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed by your Manager
**DAILY TA**SKS**:
- Ensure Kitchen is set-up, prepared and functioning
- Ensure Kitchen equipment/ accessories are used appropriately, and safely stored away, by agreed time
- Ensure all food and/ or catering preparation is completed in a safe, hygienic and timely manner, at all times.
- Collect drinking, eating and other utensils from clients and staff in V-café, kitchen and breakout lounge, by agreed time(s)
- Ensure kitchen surfaces and floors are clear/ clean and dirty dishes are washed (basin/ dishwasher), at all times
- Complete cups runs
- Ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained with care and according to relevant instruction manual(s)
**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**:
- Previous experience in a similar position and work environment is essential
- Understanding of the Food Safety legislation and Food Handling requirements
- Barista Certification (Nationally Accredited)
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Well-groomed and neat presentation
- Positive attitude, friendly, respectful and helpful at all times
- Must be organised and have clean work processes
- Understanding of OH&S standards and practices
