Job Summary
This role is crucial in overseeing a portfolio of debt recovery cases, contributing to the long-term viability of our Return to Work Scheme in South Australia and ensuring timely communication and action of outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide professional customer service to both internal and external clients;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential recoveries and minimize overpayments;
* Communicate with relevant parties when unauthorized payments occur and provide technical assistance to reduce potential overpayments;
* Investigate recoveries, document outcomes, and initiate recoveries as appropriate within agreed timeframes;
We're Looking For:
* Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Claims Management;
* A strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills;
