Administration Officer - Supervisions

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administration Officer - Supervisions to ensure the continuity of student learning by effectively sourcing and organising qualified Relief Teachers for the Junior School in consultation with the Deputy Head of Junior School.
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage staff absences using internal or external personnel, ensuring minimal disruption to learning, maintaining strong pastoral care and supporting the effective operation of the School.
Our ideal candidate will have proven administration and organisational capabilities, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Management of short-term Teacher absences, replacement and supervisions coordination in conjunction with the Deputy Head of Junior School
Organisation and coordination of junior school events and assemblies under the direction of the Deputy Head of Junior School to ensure seamless and successful outcomes
Other general administration duties as directed by the Head of Junior School or Deputy Head of Junior School.

Ability to prioritise competing demands, be flexible, learn new systems and share knowledge and skills with others

Mandatory Requirements
Current Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current CPR/First Aid accreditation
Prior experience of The Alpha School System (TASS) and Timetabler is advantageous
Willingness to have your name submitted to the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register
Current Drivers Licence.
