What you'll do?

The TLM Presales Consultant is a highly consultative, client-facing role where you'll work closely with Account Managers, technical teams, and key client stakeholders to identify challenges and design tailored lifecycle solutions. You'll assess current client environments, develop business cases for change, and present compelling, fully costed solutions that improve operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

* Partner with Account Managers and client stakeholders to understand current IT lifecycle challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
* Lead consultative solution design across the full technology lifecycle (procurement, deployment, support and end-of-life).
* Develop compelling business cases that clearly articulate operational and commercial benefits for clients.
* Create and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations and fully costed Statements of Work (SOWs).
* Collaborate with technical pre-sales, engineering and service delivery teams to design scalable, best-practice solutions.
* Support tender submissions (RFT/RFI/RFQ) by contributing tailored solution content and pricing.
* Contribute to account planning, pipeline development and continuous improvement of TLM service offerings.

What you'll bring?

* Proven experience in pre-sales, service delivery, project coordination or a client-facing consulting role.
* Strong consultative mindset with the ability to analyse client needs and design practical, outcome-focused solutions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders.
* High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach to work.
* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
* Collaborative team player who can work effectively across sales, technical and service delivery teams.
* Professional, proactive and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ability to think independently.

What else do you need to apply?

* Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill.
* Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working with Children Check.
