We are seeking a reliable, empathetic, and skilled individual who can provide high-quality care as a Support Worker. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with daily tasks, promote social inclusion, and foster meaningful relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, a genuine interest in helping others, and a willingness to adapt to different situations. You must also possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, be physically capable of meeting the demands of the position, and hold a valid First Aid Certificate.
