 
        
        Our company is a large family-owned franchise of the Avis Budget group with 16 offices located throughout the outer suburbs of Melbourne and regional Victoria. Currently due to increased demand, we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative at our Pakenham and surrounding branches on a casual basis.
So, what does a day look like when you work for us? Well, we have a saying that no two days are the same and its true. As a Customer Service representative, you will 
- Be front of house greeting customers and processing their rentals. 
- Answer the phones and take reservations, be it in our branch or our new reservations centre.
- Deliver vehicles to customers 
- Drive vehicles between local branches. 
- You will have a lot of fun!

All we need from you is a Can Do attitude and a commitment to the customer. This role is casual and hours will vary, sometimes we may only need help for a 3 hour shift, some days we may need you all day, both during the week and weekends, we can work with your availability as well, however please note that the majority of days you will need to available for shifts starting at 7.30am. Sunday morning availability is a must as well. 
There also will be additional hours available at multiple locations, we have branches at Dandenong, Frankston, Mornington, Cranbourne, Ferntree Gully, Warragul and Pakenham.
