About the Role
In this dynamic position, you'll take ownership of procurement and inventory planning processes, ensuring seamless operations that align with demand. Your sharp eye for detail, curious mindset, and proactive approach will be invaluable in optimising stock levels, sourcing materials, and enhancing systems to support our growth.
What You'll Do
Source and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive rates.
Maintain close oversight of inventory, ensuring stock levels align with retail, commercial, and export demands in collaboration with our Production Planner.
Enhance systems and processes using MRP techniques and ERP tools to drive efficiency across operations.
Collaborate with production, warehouse and logistics teams for smooth product flow and process integration.
Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for inventory planning.
What You'll Bring
Your capabilities will support our growth and drive more efficient, streamlined operations.
Proven sound experience in procurement, inventory management, and demand planning.
A demonstrated ability with MRP and ERP systems, supported by a curious approach to continuous process improvement.
Sharp analytical and negotiation skills, with a strong problem‐solving mindset.
Excellent communication and organisation abilities.
Experience with supplier relationship management.
