Job Description:



We are seeking a strategic Senior People & Culture Partner to deliver expert advice and support to frontline leaders through the People Solutions Centre model.



* Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture by partnering closely with project and operations leaders to build people capability, implement national P&C strategies.
* Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop blended workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations.
