Our Transitional Nursing Program is a unique opportunity for newly registered Enrolled Nurses to develop their skills and confidence in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The 52-week program includes clinical placements and rotations across various areas, such as acute wards, residential aged care, midwifery, family services, community nursing, haemodialysis, perioperative services, mental health, palliative care, and more.
You will be supported by trained preceptors and educators who will provide guidance and facilitate your transition to a confident and competent Enrolled Nurse.
