We are seeking experienced support workers who can provide care and assistance to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours and have a valid driver's license, current first aid certificate, NDIS worker screening clearance, WWVP, and Cert 3 or 4 qualification.
About the Role
The role involves assisting participants with high and low care supports as well as behavioural support needs. This includes hygiene facilitation, mobility support, domestic duties, attending social events, and using your own car for work purposes.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with daily living activities
* Providing emotional support and companionship
* Transporting participants to appointments and activities
* Maintaining accurate records of participant interactions
* Participating in team meetings and training sessions
