Head Chef – Hey Jupiter Brasserie Française
Hey Jupiter Brasserie Française is a busy, well-established French brasserie open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our high-volume kitchen.
This is a hands-on role for a strong leader with a solid background in French or European brasserie cuisine, capable of maintaining quality and consistency across multiple daily services.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as Head Chef in a high-volume venue
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of classic French technique
* Passionate about food, team development, and operational excellence

What We Offer

* Salary $110,000 – $130,000 based on experience
