Job Description
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams ANZ and APAC to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
* Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance.
A Successful Sales Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in sales within the packaging industry.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the NSW market.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‐term client relationships.
