Responsibilities
* Assist in emergency and critical care nursing under supervision and as competency allows.
* Learn and apply nursing care for conditions such as DKA, MODS, GDV, and patients with central lines, high-flow oxygen therapy, ventilators, and feeding tubes.
* Utilise digital systems and Smartflow to support patient care and documentation.
* Engage in a supportive learning environment with structured training and mentorship.

Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification. Applicants currently studying their Certificate IV will be considered.
* Proficiency in IV catheter placement, blood sampling, and anaesthesia monitoring is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
* Genuine passion for providing exceptional care to animals and their owners.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
