In the role you will Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies and procedures. Action leads and opportunities for new memberships and accounts received from Branches, CRC, and digital channels. Conduct CRM follow-ups for all appropriate member interactions. Monitor and maintain sales tracking tools, CRM records, BI reports, and Dashboard reporting. n Qualifications About you You will excel by actively demonstrating Beyond Bank Values and contributing to a customer-focused culture of success. n Your ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to the Business Banking Team and customers will be key to your success. Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships. Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support business improvement initiatives.
