Our values of Customer Obsessed, Empowering Communities, Right things, right way, Shared Ambition, and Championing Sustainability are integral to all that we do and are the standards to which we hold ourselves. n The Role n This role is pivotal in supporting the Business Banking Team by providing comprehensive sales, lending, and administrative assistance. n It focuses on nurturing customer relationships with genuine care and understanding of their banking needs. n Additionally, the role involves preparing insightful Business Banking Dashboard reports and actively participating in business improvement projects. In the role you will Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies and procedures. Maintain a professional and business-like image at all times. n Actively demonstrate Beyond Bank Values: Customer first, Integrity, Community, Mutuality, and Sustainability in all dealings. Contribute to a customer-focused performance culture of success and achievement. Drive personal learning and development supported by a Personal Development Plan. Provide necessary support to the Business Banking Team and customers to facilitate robust customer relationships and support the lending submission process. Action leads and opportunities for new memberships and accounts received from Branches, CRC, and digital channels. Conduct CRM follow-ups for all appropriate member interactions. Monitor and maintain sales tracking tools, CRM records, BI reports, and Dashboard reporting. n Qualifications About you You will excel by actively demonstrating Beyond Bank Values and contributing to a customer-focused culture of success. n Your ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to the Business Banking Team and customers will be key to your success. Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships. Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support business improvement initiatives.
