Overview
Workfast is looking for an experienced Branch Manager with recruitment or labour hire experience to join our Perth team.
$130k to $150k per year (based on experience)
Uncapped commissions! OTE $250k+
$10k-$15k car allowance paid monthly (depending on site visits)
Ideal candidates will have a proven background and experience within the blue collar recruitment sector but open to candidates with a civil, construction, rail, mining or manufacturing recruitment background.

About you
* At least 1 year experience managing a branch or office of a labour hire operation
* At least 3 years experience in a recruitment position for Blue Collar roles
* At least 2 years experience in an Account Management role in labour hire
* Proven experience of account managing multiple clients
* Willing to manage accounts AND recruit
* Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
* Proven track record with managing multiple roles
* High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Seek Talent and social media
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success
* Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Full licence and own vehicle so that you can travel out to site
What you'll be doing
* Managing operation of Perth labour hire branch
* Manage and grow existing client relationships
* Manage small recruitment team
* Recruitment for multiple roles
* Account management
* Communicating with clients to better understand their requirements
* Screening resumes, qualifications and experience of candidates
* Interviewing potential candidates
* Carrying out reference checks, organising medicals, training and inductions
* Successfully mobilise staff to client sites
* Maintain a database of candidates
* Site check-ins and visits for meetings and new starters
