Your responsible presence on the property after hours (evenings, overnight, and weekends).
You are free to sleep, relax, or work on your own projects.
Your primary role is simply to be here.
You will only need to respond to rare and urgent issues, such as guest lock-outs, fire alarms, or taking the bins out weekly.

Important Note
You would be an employee who recieves payment to the value of the rent.
