About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AV Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for setting up and controlling portable and fixed audio-visual equipment across multiple locations.
* Setup and control of AV equipment in patient rooms, clinical spaces, and meeting rooms.
* Troubleshoot system errors remotely and provide level 1 and 2 support, escalating issues as necessary.
In this role, you will interact with patients, clinicians, and other hospital users, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
You will bring proven expertise in technical problem-solving and excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of digital and high-definition systems, media platforms, and ICT networks is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on AV equipment.
* Provide assistance to the wider team, contributing to the achievement of operational goals.
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services, responding to reactive callouts and attending meetings as required.
