About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures.
* Act as a Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the Personal Care team.
* Work safely to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by following all policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and respond to resident needs, promoting independence and dignity.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain accurate records of resident care, adhering to legislative requirements.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
* Have a kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
* Hold current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Have a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
* Are able to demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and skills, particularly in relation to age-related health issues.
* Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
