About the Role:
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to join their Melbourne team.
This role will see you taking ownership of the end-to-end tender process across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, while also supporting the business as it expands its capability into industrial and warehouse developments.
Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in pricing strategy, subcontractor engagement and ensuring competitive, well-structured tenders that position the business for continued success.
Role Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within commercial construction
* Strong exposure to fit-out and refurbishment projects in Melbourne
* Ability to manage full tender processes including subcontractor engagement and pricing strategy
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify value engineering opportunities
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with delivery, design and client teams
