Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for a flexible part-time role? We're seeking a reliable and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team and support the smooth processing of wages. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment to our wage-earning employees. You'll work closely with our Finance and HR teams from our head office in Helensvale on the beautiful Gold Coast.


Key Responsibilities

* Employee timesheet processing
* Award interpretation for EBA wage employees
* Wage and Salary pay run processing
* Maintain payroll records and employee data
* Ensure compliance with relevant awards, legislation, and company policies
* Assist in responding to payroll queries related to wages staff
* New employee paperwork
* Calculate termination payments
* Rate and allowance changes


About You

* Experienced Payroll Administrator/Officer with vast knowledge of preparing and submitting payroll-related reports
* Payroll software proficiency
* Comfortable with maintaining confidential and sensitive employee information to comply with payroll policies and procedures
* High digital literacy
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
