About the role
As a Home Care Worker, you will:
* Provide domestic assistance which may include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, meal preparation, cleaning indoor windows, washing dishes, changing bed linen, clothes washing, ironing, cleaning bathrooms / toilets and cleaning inside fridges.
* Social Support
* Personal Care and Hygiene
* Respite Care
Candidates who have worked in a similar role within the aged care industry will be highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A passion for helping vulnerable people.
* A valid First Aid and CPR certification.
* A Certificate III in Aged, Individual Support or Community Care
* A current Open Australian driver's license with nil restrictions
* Access to a roadworthy registered vehicle that is comprehensively insured for work purposes.
* The ability to speak another language is desirable.
