A well-established professional services firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support senior leadership and oversee internal operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is confident managing both people and processes.
Based in North Sydney, right by the train & metro stops, this role is fully office based.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary and travel management for senior executives
* Coordination of meetings, events, and internal training
* Oversight of workflow, compliance, and operational processes
* Support with billing, debt collection, and KPI tracking
* HR support including performance reviews and staff management
* Marketing coordination including newsletters and website updates
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and external authorities
About You:
* 3+ years EA/PA experience in a professional services environment
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* High-level communication and interpersonal skills
* Tech-savvy with MS Office experience
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
