As a Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant, you will be the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your role will involve serving food and beverages efficiently, maintaining gaming machines, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests. No two shifts will be the same. Responsibilities
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
- Inform guests about ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits and product offerings
- Contribute positively to a culture of safety and compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) / Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
Qualifications / About You
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You hold a current RSA / RCG certificate
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
