About the Role

We are seeking Enrolled Nurse graduates who are ready to take the next step in their careers. As an Enrolled Nurse in our Acute, Sub‑acute, or Residential Nursing Service areas, you'll work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver high‑quality person‑centred care. This role is pivotal in supporting holistic care and maintaining excellent nursing standards in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer nursing care in consultation with the Registered Nurse.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate high standards of nursing care and service delivery.
* Participate in patient/resident-focused care under Registered Nurse supervision.
* Perform nursing functions in accordance with your level of competence and educational preparation.
* Support the clinical unit's management to ensure effective and efficient operations.
* Contribute to quality healthcare and continuous professional development.

Skills & Experience

* Eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
* Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills appropriate to experience level.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
* Demonstrated ability to use Information Communication Technology.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB66 - IB72) which ranges from $ $39.40 per hour.
