Regional Supply Chain Director
The successful candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for supply chain operations across a major business segment.
* Leadership Role: The Director, Regional Supply Chain will be responsible for leading and developing the regional supply chain strategy to deliver strategic business objectives.
* Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that ensures the efficient movement of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.
* Supplier Management: Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure they meet our requirements for quality, price, and delivery performance.
* KPIs and Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement function performance and initiate improvements as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Strategic Plans: Develop and implement strategies, plans, and tools to optimise supplier selection and contracting for goods and services.
* Logistics and Warehousing: Oversee logistics, spares warehousing, and stores, as well as coordination of third-party services, including repairable spares.
* Supply Chain Optimization: Analyse data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and develop solutions to realise these benefits.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal customers, suppliers, and external partners.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years at a senior leadership level.
3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies; knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
