About the role
This is a mixture of site and office work with regular travel to sites within WA. You will be part of the project team based in Fremantle and work under the guidance of the Project Director and Executive Director. Your tasks will include:
- Planning and executing projects across the Company's activities
- Monitor project timelines, construction milestones, delivery schedules of project materials
- Managing risks and activities on site in accordance with quality, WHS and environmental obligations
- Oversee quality control and efficiency to ensure works are proceeding to specification and timelines
- Completion of site documentation and reporting
- Interpret drawings and prepare RFI’s and/or TQ’s (Technical Queries)
- Prepare inspection test plan (ITP’s) and oversee quality control efficiently to ensure works adhere to specification
- Assist in development of project management plans, safety and environmental plans and all other project documentation
- Work closely with Project team and specialist marine crew,
- Liaise and monitor external contractors
- Assist with tendering and quoting processes

You love getting out and about on site and working as a team. You are technically astute while being able to relate to a range of stakeholders. You remain calm under pressure, being able to take a step back from time-to-time to appreciate where you are and what you are doing.
In addition to this, you have:
- Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft office, Project)
- An energetic approach and keen to learn
- Proven experience reading and interpreting plans
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise and deliver
- A strong work ethic and positive outlook
- Current Driver's Licence
- Marine experience is preferred but not essential
