Job Title: Food Safety Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Safety Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food safety and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the implementation of effective quality and food safety systems.
* Develop and maintain food safety policies, procedures, and protocols to drive continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular environmental swabbing and testing according to schedule.
* Investigate customer complaints and report findings accurately.
* Log and describe non-conformances, communicate with internal stakeholders, and take necessary actions.
* Conduct monthly glass and hard plastic trending analysis.
* Solve technical day-to-day problems and provide solutions.
* Support operational departments and contribute to projects as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A relevant science-based degree (e.g., B.Tech Food Technology, BSc Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology).
* Minimum 0-1 year of industry experience.
* Prior knowledge of HACCP and GMPs.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
