About the Role An established organisation within the HVAC industry is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join its Applied Solutions / B2B Sales team in Western Sydney. This role is ideal for a sales professional with proven experience in air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, applied HVAC solutions, and B2B sales. You will manage key accounts while driving new business across consultant, contractor, and end-user channels. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B applied HVAC sales across air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems Develop and execute business development strategies Manage and grow key accounts across consultants, contractors and end users Identify and convert new applied HVAC opportunities Support projects from specification through to delivery Work closely with internal engineering, service and delivery teams Contribute to sales forecasts, planning and marketing initiatives Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in applied HVAC sales, chillers, or HVAC systems Strong understanding of air-cooled and water-cooled chiller technology Background in B2B sales, business development, or account management Experience working with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results Proficient in CRM management with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy Mechanical Engineering qualification or HVAC-related trade/technical background (desirable) Industry memberships such as AIRAH, ASHRAE or CIBSE (desirable) What’s on Offer Permanent, full-time position with long-term career stability Competitive salary package and employee benefits Ongoing technical and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern office facilities including free parking and gym access Why Apply?
