Sonder Responders are at the heart of our operation, providing in-person support to members who need help. This is a unique opportunity to join a flexible 24-hour on-call roster and build the network in Australia from the ground level.
Ideal candidates will have recent or current experience in emergency services, military, and/or security-related work, along with a strong network of contacts in the local area. They should also possess high self-awareness, motivation, and self-management skills, as well as the ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity.
About the Role
You will be working in a casual capacity as part of the Sonder Responders Network. The role requires flexibility, empathy, and the ability to assess critical situations and determine the next steps. You will also assist the Response Network Manager in conducting stakeholder engagement, nurturing partnership relations, providing input to operational procedures, and conducting emergency and non-emergency support responses.
