The countdown is on…..
We're only a few weeks away from opening the doors to the refreshed Little Creatures Fremantle, and we're looking for a full‑time Duty Manager.
Little Creatures has been a Fremantle staple for 25 years, and this next chapter means a lot to us. If you love good food, get the dance of hospitality, where every little step matters, and know your way around a beer tap, you'll fit in well here. Personality matters too; our team is full of humans who work hard, have a laugh, and take real pride in what they do.
What the Role Looks Like
This isn't a clipboard‑and‑watch-from-the-sidelines kind of role. You'll be on the floor, with the team, setting the tone for each shift.
You'll be:
* Leading service with confidence and common sense
* Keeping standards high without making it complicated
* Supporting the team and helping them grow
* Managing day‑to‑day operations with a level head
* Creating a warm, relaxed experience for guests not robotic, just real
If you're someone who can read a room, stay calm when it ramps up, and keep everyone pointed in the same direction, you'll do well here.
Who You Are
You're the kind of person who:
* Enjoys hospitality and the community that comes with it
* Has experience in restaurants or fast‑paced venues
* Knows how to lead without micromanaging
* Brings a bit of banter and personality, but also knows when to switch gears
* Takes pride in doing things properly, even when it's busy
What You'll Get
* A competitive salary
* Monthly beer allowance
* The chance to help relaunch a venue that means something to Fremantle
* Room to grow your leadership skills and make your mark
If This Sounds Like You
We'd love to chat. If you want to be part of a team that's building the next era of Little Creatures, apply now
