This is an opportunity to join their organisation permanently as a Senior Project Officer.
Your new role
As the Senior Project Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery and practice quality across child and family service streams. Your key focus areas will include:
* Leading and managing projects that improve operations and quality of frontline practice
* Operationalise strategic priorities into service improvements
* Support integration of policies, procedures and practical frameworks
* Contribute to risk management, compliance and service evaluations
* Lead quality improvement activities
* Monitor and interpret data from compliance and audits to inform improvements
* Support staff and business leaders through mentoring, guidance and capacity building
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
* Experience in the human services sector, particularly child and family services
* Proven ability to lead strategic or operational projects in community services
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
* Experience mentoring staff and leading change through influence
* Skilled in interpreting service data to inform improvements
* Current Driver Licence and eligibility for relevant checks (e.g., Blue Card)
