Barista Responsibilities
- Providing amazing customer service
- Creating the perfect cup of coffee
- Prepare and serve quality food and drink according to Zarraffa's brand standards
- Cleaning and other duties as directed
Supervisor Responsibilities
- Providing support and guidance to the team
- Maintaining product and service quality
- Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
- Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
- Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork

Zarraffa’s (pronounced Za-raff-as) comes from the Arabic word ‘Zarafa’ which means ‘Giraffe’ and the Masai Giraffe typically inhabits the savannahs of Kenya and Ethiopia, the origin of coffee.
From a single store in Southport on the Gold Coast, the Zarraffa’s Coffee business has evolved into an award-winning enterprise, now serving customers in close to 70 locations across Queensland, Western Australia and Current South Wales.
Leading the way in retail coffee innovation Zarraffa’s Coffee developed its popular drive thru store concept in 2010, providing customers with quality coffee and added convenience.
The company’s expansion to the West Coast in 2012 enabled Zarraffa’s to introduce its unique blend of coffee to a whole new region of coffee lovers.
