This role is primarily on the road with the flexibility of working from home, alongside occasional visits to the office in Perth.Key responsibilities include:Managing key accounts, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing portfoliosMonitoring market trends and industry activity to identify and capitalise on growth opportunitiesCollaborating with the sales team to explore and develop potential new business within their current client baseWorking closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with targeted campaigns and strategic market positioningBuilding and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring ongoing business growth and market expansionDriving business development by contributing to the expansion of new market segments and product linesDeveloping and executing strategic sales plans to support the company's national growth objectivesBENEFITSBase salary from $90,000 - $110,000 plus superannuationWork from homeRealistic and achievable bonus scheme up to $140,000 OTEOngoing training and support by the Senior Leadership GroupCANDIDATESTo be considered for this role, b2b (business to business) sales experience is essential.
