Position: Finance and Insurance Business Manager
We are now looking for a Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join the team in a full-time, permanent role in Tweed Heads.

An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills (both with customers and staff)

Excellent team engagement to achieve common goals
Focused on providing the Ultimate Customer Experience
Previous Finance and Insurance sales experience is essential
Role responsibilities:
Meet with all customers to discuss and sell finance and/or insurance from the dealership’s own supplier, offering Branded Finance, insurance, and GFV products
Assist New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations as needed
Ensure sales and profit objectives for Finance and Insurance are met or exceeded
Maintain excellent knowledge of the range of finance and insurance products
Prospect for potential additional sales
