Experienced Collection/Customer Service Officer with a strong Customer Service focus required for leading organisation based on City Fringe close to Public Transport in Milton. There is also parking available. Handling inbound and outbound collection calls for front end collection accounts up to 90 days.
Working Monday to Friday the hours are 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
Negotiating payment of outstanding debts
Arranging suitable payment plans for customers
Assisting customers experiencing financial hardship
Daily Reporting
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Handling accounts up to 90 days, overdue for payment
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Have prior Collections experience
Professional telephone manner
Confident negotiation & problem solving skills
Effective time management & organisation skills
Ability to work in a high volume, rapid paced environment
