Finance Operations Role
We are seeking a dedicated finance professional to join our team and contribute to the accurate and timely processing of payroll and accounts payable functions.
This role is essential in supporting the broader financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and accounts payable, as well as strong understanding of compliance and relevant legislation.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the initial setup and implementation of new payroll/HR platforms
* Maintaining employee pay and leave records, and responding to payroll-related enquiries
* Processing fortnightly payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
* Providing backup support across finance functions as needed
Requirements:
* Experienced in payroll and accounts payable
* Strong understanding of compliance and relevant legislation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Excellent attention to detail, communication and time management skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
