We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead the full-cycle recruitment process, specialising in headhunting and sourcing high-caliber candidates. Your ability to connect with exceptional talent and navigate the competitive hiring landscape will be essential.
About the Role:
* Liaise with external industry stakeholders to identify and attract top candidates.
* Organise and execute large-scale bulk recruitment events, ensuring efficiency and coordination.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, providing a seamless experience for candidates.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIRING MANAGERS, KEY STAKEHOLDERS, AND CANDIDATES.
* Assist with relocation coordination and support for incoming hires, facilitating smooth transitions.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring journey.
* Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition, specifically with a headhunting focus.
* High-Volume, Fast-Paced Recruiting experience: The role involves high volume interviewing, continuous assessments, and managing a steady stream of candidates.
* Experience assisting with relocation activities is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
