Adelaide Hills Panel Works is a proudly local South Australian business, operating since 2000. Adelaide Hills Panel Works is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, focused on being the first point of contact for Adelaide Hills Panel Works. The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience while ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsible
* Greeting customers as the first point of contact
* Answering incoming phone calls and email enquiries
* Booking and confirming vehicle assessments, repairs, and customer appointments
* Providing customers with updates regarding their vehicle repairs and timelines
* Managing customer records, invoices, and general administration tasks
* Processing payments and handling EFTPOS transactions
* Maintaining accurate data entry and filing systems
* Pre and post check-in of vehicles
* Assisting with pre-finish cleaning and detailing of vehicles
* Ensuring the reception and office areas are presentable

Skills
Ideally, you will have previous experience in an administration or receptionist role and be able to deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism, continuing the values and reputation built over more than two decades.
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, invoicing, and database software
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* Positive, reliable, and friendly attitude
* Experience with Xero (desirable)
