About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you are the heart of our front desk and the first impression of our clinic. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel welcomed, supported and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients in person and over the phone
* Managing appointments and coordinating patient bookings effectively
* Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information
* Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims, and reconciliations
* Supporting doctors and the Practice Manager with administrative tasks
* Assisting with general office duties to keep the clinic running smoothly
About You

* You will demonstrate: a warm, confident and courteous manner
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is highly regarded — however, if you have strong transferable skills and a passion for healthcare administration, we encourage you to apply.
