About the Role
You will act as the business owner and product manager for a digital sales funnel across insurance brands. Your mission is to deliver a seamless, compliant, and customer-centric experience across various channels.
Your responsibilities include enabling new quote generation, retrieval of existing quotes, completion of purchases, and successful cover inception. This includes ownership of digital applications, ensuring asset health, stability, and production support.
* Act as Digital Practice Business Owner for insurance sales experience.
* Own digital sales funnel applications, driving development, operational maintenance, and growth across all channels.
* Support product teams in achieving business objectives and optimising pricing.
* Collaborate with technical platform owners for consistency, security, and quality of customer outcomes.
About You
We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in business or science, minimum 7 years of professional experience, and at least 3 years in financial services with strong regulatory knowledge.
A preferred candidate would have 1-2 years of managing digital payment services or platforms in FSI. Key capabilities include:
