About the Role

This role plays a key part in supporting risk, quality, and compliance functions across the team. The successful applicant will oversee day-to-day administrative operations and provide structured support as reporting and compliance requirements continue to increase.

Regular duties will include:

* Overseeing weekday operations of the Aegis Support Desk, including allocation and monitoring of tasks
* Conducting weekly audits of SIRS reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Providing policy update and review support
* Minuting meetings and preparing follow-up documentation
* Editing and assisting with internal and external reporting requirements
* Overseeing team timesheets and leave calendar management
* Assisting with NQI reporting requirements
* Providing support with casual therapy rosters
* General administrative tasks to support the wider team

About You

This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, confident, and able to support others while managing competing priorities. You will bring strong administrative capability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

You will ideally have:

* Proven experience in an administrative role within Aged Care, or healthcare
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail, particularly with audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
* The ability to manage confidential information with discretion
* Confidence supporting teams with risk and compliance reporting
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
