Customer Experience Catalyst
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive customer engagement and retention through multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns that captivate customers across various platforms.
* Create automated communications for every stage of the customer journey.
* Design and implement a global strategy to enhance brand reputation across review channels.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative, compliant, and brand-aligned campaigns.
* Analyse campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimise activity to meet KPIs and demonstrate ROI.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a similar marketing role and relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Proven track record in leading, planning, and optimising integrated campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or other.
* Advanced skills in analysing campaign performance and customer behaviour using tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
* Commercial acumen with experience managing projects to deliver measurable results.
* Robust agency briefing and management skills, including hands-on experience in content creation, editing, and familiarity with reporting analytics and social media.
* Able to work on large-scale strategies as well as day-to-day tasks.
* Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
* Exceptional written and spoken communicator, able to prepare performance reports and marketing communications.
* Experience with Canva, or similar creative tool.
