About This Role
Brunel are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee delivery of a new school construction project on Brisbane's south side for one of our National clients. This role is hands-on, leading daily site operations and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Manage day to day site activities, trades and subcontractors
* Drive programme delivery and coordinate schedules
* Ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards
* Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and stakeholders
* Foster a positive and productive site culture
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Foreman / Leading Hand on commercial or education builds
* Strong trade knowledge and subcontractor management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
* Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
* Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
