About the Role
In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our Cairns operations — ensuring jobs are scheduled accurately, customers are kept informed, and everything runs smoothly from order to installation. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, sales teams and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering a high level of service every step of the way.
Your attention to detail, proactive mindset and passion for customer service will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule jobs to meet customer expectations and factory lead times
* Communicate with customers regarding lead times, deliveries and installations
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date job registers and documentation
* Intermediate Excel and systems proficiency is required for maintaining accurate job registers and scheduling systems
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
* Provide essential administrative support to our external Sales team
* Share timely and accurate information with key internal stakeholders
* Work closely with the Credit Department to support order processing
* Develop knowledge of Bradnam's products and relevant building codes
* Actively contribute as part of a collaborative customer service team
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
* Experience in a similar scheduling, administration or customer service role is desirable, but not essential
* A minimum of 1-2 years experience in scheduling or administration roles is preferred
* A genuine willingness to learn and grow
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* A positive, solutions-focused attitude when handling customer enquiries
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Australian work rights are required for this position
