A leading childcare service provider in Perth is seeking an Area Manager to guide and support multiple services. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, driving a child‐first approach, and leading vibrant teams.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations across all managed services.
* Promote and maintain a child‐first approach in all operations.
* Lead and support teams, fostering a positive working environment.
* coordinate with Centre managers to maintain high quality standards.
* Utilise CCS software to manage daily operations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Diploma.
* Minimally two years of experience in a management role.
* Experience using CCS software.
* Strong leadership and team‐building skills.
