Overview
This position is the first point of contact for the business while also supporting the accounts team. The role combines front-of-office reception duties with accounts payable administration, ensuring invoices and documentation are processed accurately and visitors and calls are handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the front desk, including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
* Handling deliveries and coordinating couriers
* Processing supplier invoices in MYOB and ensuring documentation is accurate
* Following up approvals and assisting with invoice processing in Procore
* Sending subcontractor remittances
* Ordering and managing office stationery supplies
* Assisting with PPSR checks and bank guarantee records
* General administrative support, filing and email management

About You
* At least 2 years' experience in reception, administration, or accounts support
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication and customer service abilities
* Experience using MYOB and Microsoft Office (preferred)
* Experience using Procore is beneficial
* Exposure to the construction industry will be highly regarded
