Responsibilities
- Social media management: Drive creativity on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
- Content creation: Generate SEO-friendly blog posts and establish thought leadership.
- Video production: Lead high-quality video creation and streamline processes.
- Personal branding: Elevate team members as industry influencers.
- Website management: Oversee accurate, optimized website content.
- Online reputation management: Monitor and respond to online feedback for a positive brand image.
- Marketing automation and email campaigns: Develop and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor data for insights and improvement.
- Event coordination: Plan and execute marketing events for brand awareness.
- Digital presence enhancement: Stay ahead with innovative strategies.
- Collaboration with designers/photographers: Create visually appealing marketing content.
- Business process improvement: Enhance efficiency through new platforms and technologies.
Ideal Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
- Experience coordinating marketing events and campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and email marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with website management and basic HTML.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
