We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive. This role covers the full digital marketing mix with the opportunity to work across marketing disciplines.
Reporting to the General Manger of Cruiseabout, this role is responsible for the eDM, paid digital media, search ads and social media channels, as well as strategies for engagement, optimisation, and growth, with the view to build the brand whilst achieving business KPIs.
Situated in Flight Centre’s HQ, complete with rooftop dining and drinks, /7 gym, direct access to South Bank train and busway stations and the South Bank precinct just across the road, we offer perks and company culture that are second to none.
Day to day you’ll be…
1. Owning the eDM, paid digital media and social channels and present strategies for engagement, optimisation and growth to build the Cruiseabout brand and meet business KPIs
2. Contribute your ideas to the overall marketing strategy and campaign calendar for Cruiseabout
3. Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to plan, build, send and report on frequent marketing email campaigns
4. Build email campaigns using HTML and CSS for brand, content, campaign, tactical and local EDM projects
5. Strategically segment audiences from the database for email campaign using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s filtering abilities or SQL Queries
6. Automated journeys management and creation, including welcome journeys, nurture sequences, customer journey, GA website retargeting and more
7. Work with the wider marketing team to execute paid social media requirements for brand and campaigns
8. Paid digital performance strategy planning for brand and campaigns
9. Building and maintaining paid search campaigns, both in-house and with agency
10. Creating and managing automated bid strategies
11. Analysing and reporting results of paid media activity to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations
12. Defining campaign budgets, goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles
Your experience...
13. Experience in using Facebook Business Manager and Ad Manager for paid marketing campaigns
14. Experience in using Google Search Ads for paid marketing campaigns
15. Sound understanding of Google Analytics
16. Experience in eDM strategy and best practice
17. Strong understanding of Social Media strategy, content creation and posting across platforms
18. Experience and success with managing competing deadlines
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
20. Strong copywriting experience, including ability to spell and use correct grammar
21. A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to develop strong relationships
Desirable Experience and Attributes...
22. Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
23. Sound knowledge in SEO
24. Understanding of data security and laws
25. Sound knowledge in using HTML and CSS language
