Summary:
Reporting directly to the ICT Manager the CRM Systems Administrator is a vital member of the growing Technology Team, driving operational excellence and delivering a stable and secure systems environment.
This dynamic role directly manages and supports the HousingFirst CRM system (Zavanti Housing) as well as assisting in IT support as required, user management and liaising with 3rd party vendors to deliver technology based projects.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, monitor and support our Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Zavanti Housing) and ensure enhancements, change requests and management are delivered in line with stakeholder engagement and business strategy.
* Demonstrate your strong communication skills by assisting users with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
* Manage user accounts and permissions, resolve application issues, provide training and ongoing application support, as well as maintain documentation (technical and user guides) outlining configurations and best practices
* Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve identified issues
* Monitor system performance, implement security measures, maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses, and contribute to proactive maintenance systems
* Contribute to overarching Enterprise Architecture as well as cross-functional project
* Assist in maintaining a secure environment in relation to Cybersecurity, Data Governance and Data integrity.
* Staff induction and ongoing training in relation to System navigation, data entry, cyber security and data governance.
Qualifications and Attributes:
* Strong Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint along with project management of enhancements and vendor management
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration required, MS Dynamics, MS Business Central, HRIS systems and MS Product suite.
* Training experience in groups and 1:1
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
