We are an Australian matcha company sourcing JAS certified ceremonial and culinary-grade matcha from Japan. The business is currently in a growth stage and undergoing a brand refresh across visuals, web‑identity, organic socials and product storytelling. I am looking for a creative partner who can take ownership of the brand’s visual identity and organic presence while I continue to manage operations, logistics, finance, and supplier relationships.
Role Overview
This role suits someone with a solid artistic eye who can work independently and is interested in being part of a long‑term brand journey. You will lead creative direction, content production and the entire organic social strategy. If you love organic and real matcha from Japan, Japanese‑inspired aesthetics and wellness branding, you will thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the brand’s visual identity and creative direction
- Design brand assets
- Create photo and video content for products and campaigns
- Plan a consistent organic social content calendar
- Build seasonal creative campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across the website and email content
- Take the lead in coming up with ideas to help grow the brand organically
